- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments in EMR systems
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans

**Requirements**

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred; CRT accepted in some cases
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
