- This role is responsible for providing and managing direct patient care in the clinic, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.

**Requirements**

- License: Iowa
- DEA/CSR: DEA required
- Board certification: EM, FM, and IM
- Life supports: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- Covid vaccination is mandatory or exemption from Wapiti is required. A recent physical examination is also necessary, and we accept physicals completed by a Primary Care Physician (PCP) within the last four years or our provided form.
