**Primary Care Physician**

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a dedicated Primary Care team at PMG Bridgeport Family Medicine clinic in Tigard, Oregon.

You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health clinicians, clinical pharmacists, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. Located near Bridgeport Village in Tigard, this location is convenient for those also in Tualatin, King City, Lake Oswego, Sherwood, Wilsonville, and the surrounding suburbs of Southwest Portland.

- Full-time position with flexibility between 0.75 and 1.0 FTE
- 3 to 4 days per week schedule, Monday to Friday

LOCUM- Rheumatology JOB DETAILS: We are looking for one provider to cover 4 to 5 days per week (preferred), 32-36 hours per week. Shift times will be 7am to 5pm typically but there is some flexibility on hours within that range. Preference: local candidate/drive in candidate preferred, ideally looking for longer term locums to cover interim before permanent physician replacement starts. Outpatient work only BUT the provider will need to go through hospital credentialing because this is a hospital outpatient department. Intravenous therapies relating to intravenous medicines for Rheumatology Please ensure bids reflect the below: - Guaranteed hours: 8 - OT to apply after 9 hours per day - OT should be preapproved by the clinic manager ( it should be unnecessary) OR licensed is preferred but we have opened this up to look at providers who need to obtain their OR license. **Locum - Rheumatology**

We are looking for one provider to cover 4 to 5 days per week (preferred), 32-36 hours per week. Shift times will be 7 am to 5 pm typically, but there is some flexibility on hours within that range.

**Job Description**

- Preference for local candidates or drive-in candidates, ideally looking for longer-term locums to cover interim before permanent physician replacement starts.
- Outpatient work only, but the provider will need to go through hospital credentialing because this is a hospital outpatient department.
- Intravenous therapies relating to intravenous medicines for Rheumatology.
- Guaranteed hours: 8.
- Overtime to apply after 9 hours per day, with preapproval by the clinic manager (it should be unnecessary).

**Requirements**

- Oregon licensed is preferred, but we have opened this up to look at providers who need to obtain their Oregon license.
