**Job Description**

- $1,620 - $1,776 per week
- Contract length - week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled nursing facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
