- Minimal shared call in 1 hospital - Weekend call 1:5 - very low census and acuity (average of 2 hours of time commitment). 4 weekends annually done with the NP doing the rounding. Weekday call 1:6 - rounding done by a Nurse Practitioner
- Bread and butter practice with ERCP and EUS available if desired
