This full-time position is responsible for the strategic and daily operations of multiple practice locations, balancing daily goals with the larger strategic vision to drive results in all areas of practice performance. Analyze financial and statistical reports to propose strategies that strengthen the financial well-being of the practice. Develop annual budgets using knowledge of costs, supplies, and labor. Monitor and manage revenue cycle to ensure maximum reimbursement for the practice.

- Work closely with the Leadership Team, Specialized Dental Partners, and other stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive performance; implement operational plans. Collaborate with the Leadership Team and Specialized Dental Partners to develop and execute an annual Strategic Plan that encompasses all areas of the business. Prepare, coordinate, record minutes, and co-facilitate monthly practice review meetings with doctors and teammates. Implement policies, procedures, and objectives for the practice that align with Specialized Dental Partners' policies.

- Act as a liaison between Specialized Dental Partners and practices to communicate and coordinate with various departments to resolve operational challenges and improve quality of patient care.

- Participate in designing staffing models that optimize practice workflow. Hire, develop, and train staff, including all aspects of talent management; evaluation, counseling, and termination.

- Provide information to doctors, community groups, and referral agencies about practice programs and new providers in collaboration with the marketing team.
