- Coordinates with other medical and ancillary personnel, as required, to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' condition.
- Provides appropriate nursing interventions in emergency situations.
- Complies with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by facility.
