**Job Description**

- Critical Access Hospital with 25 beds
- 6 ICU beds
- 18-20 patients on average during the day, including new admissions, rounding, discharges, and transitional care beds
- 3-5 patients on average during the night
- Admits: 3-4 during the day, 2-4 during the night
- No procedures required
- Running codes required
- No call required
- EMR Used: Executive Health
- Shift schedules: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- Physician must be comfortable working without backup on the night shift
- Must also be comfortable working with a Mid-Level (Monday-Friday 8a-5p)

**Requirements**

- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum shift requirement: 5 shifts/month
