- Coverage dates: December, and March 31 to April 2
- Solo provider model independent practice
- Cases include: General, Ortho, Endo, and Acute Pain Management
- Regional skills required: Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 30 days

**Requirements**

- Board Certified CRNA
- Active West Virginia license (not open to licensing)
- Proficient and current with regional anesthesia (spinals, blocks, epidurals)
- Must provide recent case logs for procedures performed
