The Manager Trauma is a registered nurse who, in partnership with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital administration, is responsible for oversight and authority of the trauma program as defined by the level of designation. This includes the trauma performance improvement and patient safety processes, trauma registry, data management, injury prevention, outreach education, outcome reviews, and research as appropriate to the level of designation.
