**Job Description**

- Production bonus: $800 monthly potential meeting an average of 7 visits per day.
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000.
- Relocation expenses: Up to $5,000.
- CME: Up to $1,500 a year reimbursement.
- License & association fees: Up to $1,200 a year reimbursement.

**Requirements**

- Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) experience.
- Preferred trauma counseling experience; testing for MMPI and IQ testing.
- PhD or PsyD.
- Licensed in Kentucky.
