**Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)**

Adelphi is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide on-site nursing care at a residential behavioral health facility in Howard County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a structured behavioral health setting.

**Job Description**

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with facility protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and patient medication education.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Perform computer data entry and other clinical tasks as required. (Full training will be provided.)
- Comply with SOPs and all applicable regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission, agency, and facility policies).
- Collaborate effectively with RNs, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary care teams.

**Requirements**

- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
- Active, unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health or long-term care preferred.
- Must comply with agency & facility requirements, including drug screening & FBI fingerprint background check.
- Must comply with agency and facility immunization requirements.
- Must complete all required facility and agency training requirements.
