**Job Description**

- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Perform normal primary care procedures as needed
- Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break
- Manage a patient volume of 16-20 patients per day
- Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation

**Requirements**

- Must be board-certified or truly board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Must have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS certifications
- Any state license accepted
- Must have COVID vaccination or medical/religious exemption
- Background and drug test required

**Contract Details**

- Start date: As soon as credentialed (2/26/2024)
- End date: 6/07/2024
- Length of assignment: 3 months with a high possibility of extension
