Pediatrics Physician

Work Dates Needed: One-to-two days a week visit per site, up to three sites (one day for each site) Preferred Schedule: 6:30am-2:30pm Weekdays Only - Need at least one weekly site-visit for your rounds. Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Skilled Nursing Facility Setting Scope of Work: Must have wound care experience; treating adults only. Provider will work in SNF and participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse to evaluate and manage all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds, change dressings, perform medically necessary debridement, replace or remove G-tubes, establish plan of care and work within facility protocol. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License, DEA, MUST have experience performing wound debridement procedures. Must be personable and confident in skills. **Wound Care Provider**

Join our team as a Wound Care Provider, working in an outpatient skilled nursing facility setting. This position offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.

**Job Description**

- Work one to two days a week, visiting up to three sites (one day for each site).
- Preferred schedule is 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM on weekdays only, with at least one weekly site visit for rounds.
- Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse to evaluate and manage all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds.
- Change dressings, perform medically necessary debridement, replace or remove G-tubes, and establish a plan of care while working within facility protocol.

**Requirements**

- Must have a California license and DEA.
- Experience performing wound debridement procedures is required.
- Must be personable and confident in skills.

**Technology Use**

- Will use the company's iPad mini to take photos and write shorthand notes at bedside, which will be sent to the transcription department to complete the chart.
