Our care team model of providers consists of a close-knit, highly skilled group of Physicians and CRNAs that work very well with the surgeons and OR staff making MedStar Southern Maryland a collegial environment and wonderful place to work. We offer a bread-and-butter case mix that includes GYN, podiatry, vascular, ENT, ortho (good amount, plus regional), cysto, colorectal, general surgery, spine, pain management, robotics, L&D, and some peds (Dental). Call schedule consists of 4 weekdays per month and 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) per month.
