**Requirements**

- Bachelor's Degree: Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited/approved school of nursing required.
- Master's Degree: MSN, MBA or MHA preferred. As of 07/01/2017, leaders without a bachelor degree are grandfathered in the role required.
