**Requirements**

- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing is required.
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the lifespan as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
