We need a Physical Therapist for a traveler position in Illinois. This outpatient role involves a wide range of patients. While pediatric experience would be nice, it is not a requirement. The position is for 13 weeks with a possible extension, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. 

**Job Description**

- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation
- Guarantee of 36 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours

**Requirements**

- Illinois license or compact eligible required
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
