**Psychiatrist**

The Psychiatrist at Mercer County Correctional Facility in Lambertville, NJ will be responsible for the delivery of psychotherapy, diagnostic, and therapeutic services in a contract facility. The Psychiatrist will also act as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team and a liaison with other medical disciplines. This position is 35 hours a week.

The Psychiatrist diagnoses and treats patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, organizes data concerning patients' family, medical history, and onset of symptoms obtained from patients, relatives, and other sources, such as nurses and social workers.

Examines patients to determine general physical condition, following standard medical procedures.
