**Compensation & Benefits**

- Base salary: $275K - $300K based on experience
- Bonus: RVU-based, up to $25,000 - $30,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus: $20K, relocation allowance: $10K
- Employment model: W-2, employed
- Benefits package includes:

**Schedule**

- Monday to Friday
- 36 clinical hours
- 4 administrative hours
- Appointment time: 20 minutes per patient
- Clinical support includes:
  - Dedicated medical scribes
  - Refill/prior authorization team
  - In-house nurses
  - Dedicated inbox management
  - Epic EMR
