The exact duties of the role will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician, based on training, background, and clinical preference. Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled. Volume is always kept at a reasonable level to ensure physician and patient satisfaction. The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR. Physicians with sub-specialty fellowship training in movement disorders, epilepsy, neuro-immunology/multiple sclerosis, cognitive disorders, stroke/vascular, and neuro-oncology are encouraged to apply.

**Requirements**

- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neurology
- No experience required
