In an effort to supplement our local practice, we would like to start with locums coverage each week from Friday through Sunday. To start, the locums provider would be on call for the full time that they are on shift. Fridays would also include screening procedures to assist with a backlog. This service could grow to a more full time program as needed. Full time program could also include some outpatient clinic time. The hospital will be extending the needed shifts from weekends only to 24-7 coverage.
