- Work alongside advanced practice providers (APP) who cover from 11 AM to 9 PM daily.
- Manage an admission rate of 8%, a transfer rate of 2.5%, and an AMA rate of 1.2%.
- Handle EMS arrivals, which account for 12.5% of cases.
