**Outpatient Family Practice**

Join our team in a dynamic outpatient family practice setting. This position offers a structured schedule with a focus on patient care.

**Job Description**

- Shift details: 8-5, with 30 patient hours and 4 admin hours.
- Manage 16-20 patients per day, with 20 minutes for existing patients and 40 minutes for new patients.
- No call required, and all outpatients are in one building.
- Utilize Epic as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

**Requirements**

- California medical license required.
- Board certification is required.
- DEA certification is required.
- Credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days.
- Willingness to license is not applicable.

Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The primary role of a Family Practice physician in this practice is delivery of direct Family Medicine medical management to patients in the hospital and in the office settings. It will include but not limited to the following:Acute, sub-acute, out-patient, and chronic patient consultations with follow up and ongoing comprehensive medical management. Emergency coverage of Family Medical management issues including 24/7 availability to facilities on a rotational basis. Effective updates through communication and education of referring providers, patients, and family members as appropriate, of medical management plan, clinical progress, and prognosis. Participate in the professional development through education and mentorship of ancillary staff and other allied professionals. Coordinate and/or participate in integrated specialty and subspecialty consultations and interdisciplinary care conferences as needed. Participate in the strategic planning, oversight, and quality improvement initiatives of facilities and a variety of programs as directed by the Company. Performs other duties as necessary.
