**Job Description**

- Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible physician
- Required: ABEM Board Certification or in Family Medicine with strong Emergency Medicine work experience
- Coverage requested: May - ongoing
- Shift options: 
  - Day: 7am-6pm
  - Mid Shift: 12pm-10pm (Mid shifts have double coverage)
  - Night Shift: 8pm-7am
- Trauma Level: IV
- Trauma info: 50-minute transport by ground, 15 minutes by air to Trauma II facility; primarily farm and agricultural-related trauma
