- Transfer locations: PMC, Ballad (Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport, Holston Valley), Clinch Valley 
- Transfer percentage: 9% 
- Admission rate percentage: 11% 
- EMR: CPSI 
- No trauma designation 
- Will take Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board with recent Emergency Medicine experience (within 2 years) 
- Scribes are not available 
- ED does not handle admissions 
- ED will respond to floor codes as a backup to the hospitalist 
- Credentialing can be done within a couple of weeks pending provider cooperation
