**Physical Therapist**

Need a Physical Therapist for a traveler position in Wisconsin! This position is set to start in March 2025 and is primarily outpatient with some inpatient acute, swing bed, and skilled nursing facility responsibilities.

**Job Description**

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Case load: 6-8 patients per day
- Culture: Small facility, rural setting, no strict productivity standards
- Willing to take on new graduates but prefer experience
- Will train if needed
- 13 weeks, with a possible extension

**Requirements**

- Wisconsin license or compact eligible required
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- State License - Physical Therapist - Wisconsin
- NPI number

**Physical Abilities**

- Ability to lift from 50-100 lbs
