- Submit completed DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, emphasizing completion of standardized form(s) rather than narrative reports.
- Utilize the provider portal for streamlined evaluation processes.
- Active participation in record reviews required to ensure comprehensive assessment and documentation.
- Regular follow-up administrative tasks including addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics to maintain thorough patient records.
