**Urologist**

Join our team at Pacific Surgery Center located at 625 9th Avenue, Suite 120, Longview, WA 98632. We are seeking two locum providers to cover a replacement position with a realistic start date for credentialing in mid to late November.

**Job Description**

- Shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with an hour lunch. The first two-thirds of the day will be spent at the clinic, followed by the last portion at the hospital completing patient consults. 
- OR time is primarily on Tuesdays and Fridays; options for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off are available.
- Call responsibilities are minimal; on-call is not required for this role, but if interested, it would primarily fall between Thursday and Sunday, with some Wednesdays.
- Rounding is only on patients they have performed surgery on.
- The type of patients/cases will be adults, with an expected volume of approximately 17 patients per day.
- Must be proficient in EPIC EMR.
- This is a solo practice with no support staff.

**Requirements**

- Board Certified Urologist; may consider truly board eligible candidates with experience.
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days from completion of the application.
- IMLC state: Yes; licensed IMLC providers are preferred.
