**Job Description**

- Work in an outpatient primary care setting
- A medical assistant will be assigned to assist with patient care
- Additional primary care advanced practice provider working onsite
- Practice EMR is Cerner
- Dress code is business casual
- No imaging onsite, but labs are done next door
- Client's preference is to find a provider willing to stay or to not have more than two providers interchanging, just for continuity of care
- Manage 14-18 patients per day
