**Requirements**

- BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Hospitalist
- Active, clean West Virginia License
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Must commit to a minimum of one 4-7 day placement unless otherwise noted (can accept more than one provider to cover the need)
- Must be skilled at emergent intubations, vents, and lines (must sign off that you are qualified & experienced)
- Must have ACLS certification
- Must have rigorous hospitalist experience and submit logs for the previous 12 months showing at least a handful of the aforementioned emergent procedures
- Must arrive early for a 4-hour orientation (weekend-evening prior; weekday-morning of)
- Must be committed to small town, rural/remote, and underserved populations
