- Graduate of an accredited advanced practice program
- Clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred
- Works under physician supervision
- Current malpractice coverage and CPR certification
- Physically and mentally able to perform duties

**Physical Requirements**

- Good vision and hearing (corrected if needed)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs., bend, kneel, and perform fine motor tasks
- Able to work in latex-exposed environments
