- Usually do 14 shifts per month, with the option to pick up extra shifts
- Shifts are typically 5 days in length
- Team is co-managed by an MD and a PA
- Utilize the APP to the fullest extent of licensure with a lot of autonomy
- Participate in a 1-year rotation with specialty groups for stipend
