Plans, assigns, and/or supervises the work of others, including other Psychiatrists. Participates in Peer Review Committees for performance improvement as appropriate. Participate in or directs, as requested, any other clinically related committee that is formed for the SSLCs to recommend guidelines and standards of care in response to changes in research literature, regulatory environment, or public health as requested by the facility Medical Director or state office Medical Services Coordinator. Serves on assigned committees as required. **Lead Psychiatrist**

The Mexia State Supported Living Center (SSLC) is seeking a Lead Psychiatrist to join an interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide clinical care to residents of the SSLC. As an SSLC clinical position, you will work at the SSLC campus with a dynamic group of staff and professionals who are dedicated to providing supports and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a team environment where staff clinicians collaborate to provide comprehensive care and services.
