**Job Description**

- Join a team consisting of 1 Physician and 1 APP
- Expected patient load of 22 per day average
- EMR: EPIC
- Flexible scheduling available (4 10s or 5 8s), clinic is open 8 AM to 6 PM
- Lab and X-ray onsite
