- Department description: Medical Direction General Anesthesia cases. Must be comfortable with pediatric patients.

- Special procedures: No hearts, No Neuro, No OB
- Skills required: Bread and Butter
- Practice Setting: Hospital

**Requirements**

- Board Certification: BC
- State license required: SC
- Certifications required: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience practicing medicine. Clean malpractice history.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days WITH SC LICENSE WILL NOT LICENSE RATE is all-inclusive and subject to change based on where provider lives from the facility.
- Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:00

**Pay Rate**

- 1099 Pay Rate: $239.46
