- Plan and implement treatment interventions according to patient plan of care
- Document daily record of patient's condition, adapting treatment plans accordingly under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Communicate patient progress with Physical Therapist, patient, family, and interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on patient progress to include skilled recommendations on AE/DME and community support where available and when appropriate
- Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and lift/assist patients as needed

**Requirements**

- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistance experience is preferred
- Active TX PTA license, or eligible to obtain
