**Job Description**

- The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides care to patients requiring respiratory care services.
- Identifies abnormal/normal pulmonary data, ABGs, chest x-rays, and lab values.
- Demonstrates and maintains competency of emergent bedside bronchoscopy procedures.
- Demonstrates and maintains competency of the INOvent.

**Requirements**

- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Wisconsin State License - RCP
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT); Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
- BLS (CPR) or ability to obtain at time of hire; NRP or ability to obtain within one year of hire
- PALS preferred
- ICU experience strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain continuing education requirements per NBRC guidelines
