**Job Description**

- Perform MRI procedures in order to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
- Function under the direction of the Imaging Department Director (or designee), the MRI supervisor, and in cooperation with the radiologists.
- This position is subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an AMA school of radiologic technology.
- Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
- Achieve ARRT registry in MRI within 18 months of hire.
- Knowledge and ability to operate all equipment and perform all MRI procedures as normally required in these areas.

**Preferred Requirements**

- Preferred 2 to 3 years as a diagnostic technologist.
