**Tele-Radiology Provider**

We are searching for 1-2 providers who can consistently provide up to 14 weeks per year of tele-radiology services to help fill the schedule around the vacation and holiday schedule of the employed providers. This need is expected to last 1-2 years or more, and we do not have exact dates yet. We are working to have those within the next few weeks.

**Job Description**

- Hospital will provide each physician with a workstation, which will need to be shipped to their home. Please make sure the locums are aware of these details prior to presenting providers.
- Expected hours: 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday
- Volumes per shift: Combination exams
- Modalities: CT, General Radiology (X-Ray/Plain Films), MRI, US
- Support staff: Clerical, Technologist, and Administrative
