Join our team as an Acute Care Physician in Dubuque, Iowa, a historic river city in the heart of the Midwest. 

**Job Description**

- Work in a busy multispecialty urgent care environment with access to a nearby Level II trauma hospital (350 beds).
- Provide care during 3 to 5 shifts per week, with shifts scheduled as follows:
  - Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 7 PM, 8 AM to 8 PM, or 2 PM to 8 PM
  - Saturday/Sunday/Holidays: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Manage a patient volume of approximately:
  - 6-hour shifts: cases
  - 12/13-hour shifts: cases
