We have found the best way to encourage work-life balance for our BCBAs is to provide both salary and hourly options for BCBAs, so that our team can select the option that works best for them. **Job Description**

- Complete initial assessments within the timelines outlined in the BCBA handbook
- Timely completion of reauthorizations
- Meet minimum supervision requirements as outlined in the BCBA handbook
- Complete assigned number of BT/RBT bi-monthly evaluations
- Maintain client materials
- Maintain Catalyst and ensure goals are current, sufficient for the requested number of hours, address main deficit areas, and complete
- Write behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans in alignment with Autism Solutions values and prohibitive practices
- Create and maintain current behavior plans that address problem behaviors, incorporate antecedent strategies, and teach replacement behaviors
- Meet monthly billing requirements (90-100% of requested hours billed per month)
- Complete 90-100% of assigned parent training hours
- Willingness to maintain two evening clients on caseload
- Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with client caregivers
