- Lead a large and thriving outpatient psychiatry practice with sites in 3 counties
- Develop a new psychiatry residency program
- Implement interventional psychiatry programs including TMS and ETC

With the leadership of the new CMO, we intend to further develop into Maryland's premier children's hospital for mental health conditions and a national leader in mental health services.
