Urgent: Multiple Hospitalists needed in Rural SW Wisconsin; Competitive Rate Location: City of Prairie du Chien, in Crawford County, near the borders with Iowa and Minnesota. <ul><li> 9/30 - 10/24 </li></ul><ul><li> I also have another location in the next county to the East, Richland. This location has the following dates:<ul><li> 9/22 - 9/25 </li><li> 10/1 - 10/3 </li><li> 10/20 - 10/28 </li><li>Credentialing at this site takes 45 days</li></ul></li></ul> Details: <ul><li> Setting: Inpatient Hospital </li><li> Shifts: noon to noon 24 hr shifts, 12+ hours on 12 hours Call (on site sleeping arrangements and meals) </li><li> Requirements: <ul><li> BE/BC IM/Hospitalist </li><li> Active, clean Wisconsin License </li><li> Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases) </li><li> Must commit to minimum of one 4-7 day placement unless otherwise noted.
