**Job Description**

- Employed Orthopedic Surgery with a well-established group (est. 1982)
- $700K income in year one
- Call compensation up to $83K per year and six-figure recruiting incentives
- Your new team includes 4 orthopedic surgeons, 2 podiatrists, and 5 physician assistants
- Replacing two retiring physicians (one in 2021)
- Critical access hospital with 11K annual ER visits, 6-bed ICU, and 115 annual deliveries
- Clinic sees 1,500 cases per year with 5 operating rooms and CRNAs for anesthesia
- Block time: each orthopedic surgeon has 1+ day per week
- Top cases include arthroscopy (shoulder, knee), total knee/total hip arthroplasty, and carpal tunnel release
- Five satellite clinics, each location covered by two orthopedic surgeons
- Call: 1:4; two physician assistants take first call one weekday and one weekend a month with no nuisance calls
- Three exam rooms per orthopedic surgeon, cast room with three beds, and two radiology techs
- Six weeks (240 hours) annually of paid time off including vacation, personal, sick, holidays, and CME
- Reimbursement of state license fees/renewals and DEA
