The Ambulatory Data Module (ADM or KGADS) is part of Composite Health Care System (CHCS) where medical records of evaluation and management (E&M) codes, diagnosis (ICD-9) codes, procedural (CPT-4 and HPCS II) codes are input and stored for every patient encounter. The GAHC coding staff codes the medical records from the documentation provided by the treating providers. The Contract Pediatrician shall comply with clinical policy utilizing ADM/KGADS database. Within 60 days after training, contract Pediatrician shall obtain, and maintain, a coding accuracy of a 95%. The accuracy encompasses the codes matching the documented medical records. Use of automated word-processing equipment to write reports are a requirement of employment under this contract. **Job Description**

- Perform evaluation and treatment (including minor surgical procedures as medically necessary and within the scope of the Medical Treatment Facility) on all patients.
