**Job Description**

- Locations: Statesboro, GA and Griffin, GA
- EMR Training: Must complete the EMR Training and sign the Training Document prior to first shift worked

**Requirements**

- CV
- Copy of GA license
- DEA
- BLS
- Must be comfortable treating 3-4 patients per hour
- Must be comfortable with EHR (training provided)
- Must be comfortable with treating patients aged 2 and above
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience (urgent care preferred)
