**Requirements**

- Board Certification: ABEM/AOBEM (Required)
- Licensure: Active IA License or IMLC (Required)
- Certifications:
  - ACLS & PALS (Waived if ER Boarded)
  - ATLS (Required for trauma privileges)
- Availability: Must be available for night shifts
