- Practice Setting: To split time between two Radiation Oncology sites. One is located in Lima (Hospital Outpatient Cancer Center) and the other in Celina (Free-Standing Cancer Center).
- Reason for Coverage: To cover paternity leave for Dr. Michael Bishop.

- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2.
