**Job Description**

- Manage 15 patients per shift
- Cases include general surgery, adult, pediatrics, laparoscopy, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and hernioplasties
- The client is looking for a seasoned General Surgeon to join two full-time providers for hospital call. The 163-bed facility has 80 med-surge beds. Candidate must be at least board-eligible.
- The client is looking for 24-hour call coverage with 10 hours of restricted call and 14 hours of unrestricted call (callback paid only if physically responding to the site)

Surgery - General Physician

<ul><li>Work Dates Needed: A variety of shifts needed starting as soon as credentialing is completed. 6 months to ongoing.</li><li>Preferred Schedule: Days/Nights/Weekends, 12-Hour shifts, 7a-7p, 7p-7a</li><li>Worksite Setting: Inpatient, 25-bed, hospital trauma level unknown, at this time.</li><li>Scope of Work: patient volume per shift: 20, 403, patients per hour: 1.71</li><li>Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, EM/FM/IM, ACLS, ATLC, and PALS, active Arizona license.
